preliminary maps

So here is finally the latest verion of the mapping tool box

1. open excel
2. on the threshold sheet, select your thesholds
3. save your excel
4. open project in ArcGIS (choose the right project depending on your version of arc gis)
5. you should get the map :-)

here is the tool box for the stakeholders, all excel sheets have been blocked = only the thresholds can be changed.
To unlock the sheet, use the password "quickwater"
